When Will My Cabinets Arrive

  1. Processing | 1 to 2 Business Days The team reviews the order for accuracy and sends it to the factory.
  2. Pallet Preparation | 3 to 7 Business Days The factory pulls all items, packs them flat, and loads them onto pallets. If anything is on backorder, the team reaches out before shipping.
  3. Freight Shipping | 2 to 7 Business Days Cabinets ship via freight carrier to the delivery address. The driver will call ahead to set up a delivery window.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 13 business days. Timelines can shift based on order size, product availability, and delivery location. If anything is on backorder, the support team reaches out within 24 to 48 hours with options.

On Delivery Day

Cabinets arrive flat-packed on pallets via freight. The shiper will reach out beforehand to schedule a delivery window. Once the truck arrives, inspect all boxes during unloading. If anything looks damaged, mark it on the packing slip and let the driver know. Then email a few photos to the team so the claim can get started right away.

Customers have 48 hours from delivery to report damaged goods. Freight damage claims must be filed within 7 business days using our claim form.

Once the order ships, CabinetSelect sends tracking details so customers can plan ahead. If there are backorder items or delays, the team will reach out. Customers can wait for everything to ship together, cancel out-of-stock items, or split the shipment with any added freight covered separately.
