Job Summary
We are looking for a driven inside sales professional who can confidently manage a full sales cycle, build trust quickly, and consistently convert opportunities into repeat and referral business. You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, collaborate closely with our designers, and ensure a smooth experience from first conversation through order completion and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong book of business through consistent relationship development
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to order follow-up
- Maintain ongoing communication to advance opportunities and keep deals moving
- Re-engage past contacts to identify new or renewed opportunities
- Partner closely with our design team to support a smooth customer experience
- Generate repeat and referral business through excellent service and follow-through
- Accurately track activity, conversations, and opportunities
- Execute established sales processes with consistency and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Confident communicator with a professional phone presence
- Able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously
- Inside sales, sales, or call-center experience preferred
- Experience in cabinets, kitchens, and construction is a plus
