Order Processing and Payments

  • All orders must be placed online.
  • NO ORDERS will be accepted over the phone
  • Full payment is required before any order placement
  • Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
  • Changes can be made within 24 hours of Order placement.
  • Any additional items past processing have to be placed online as a new order.
  • Cabinet Pricing might change without notice.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Cabinets Select, LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cabinets Select, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Cabinets Select, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cabinets Select, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Placing an order at CabinetSelect.com

Once an order is placed the order acknowledgment will be emailed to the email address provided. At that point, the order is in our system and we proofread it and send it straight to the manufacturer; this process may take up to 24 hours.

We understand that mistakes are costly, and we pride ourselves in not making them by taking the time to do it right the first time. When the order reaches the cabinet factory, it takes 2-3 business days for processing before the order is released for shipping (depending on the volume of orders, this processing time may change without notice). If there are any backorder items, CabinetSelect will be notified within 24 – 48 hours of placing the order.

If everything is in stock, the order will ship within 14 – 18 business days, and an invoice will be sent to Cabinet Select with the tracking number. At that point, we would email the tracking number to our customer in order to make arrangements to unload the cabinets. Shipping usually takes 5 to 7 days, depending on where you are located in the United States.

Cabinetselect.com does offer parts replacement on existing orders only. All part orders are final sale (no returns or refunds). Please provide your order number when requesting a quote at sales@cabinetselect.com.

Some cabinet boxes will have a different name than on the website

When your order arrives you might notice that the finish name on the boxes might be different from the cabinet line you purchased on the website. Some of the manufacturer’s cabinet line names have been changed on our website, All of our communication after your purchase from us will include the information and details on what to do on your delivery and will note the cabinet line name that will be printed on the boxes. Please DO NOT refuse your delivery thinking you received the wrong cabinets. If, for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact us.

Working with a CabinetSelect.com designer

Our designers work off of the measurements you provide us. If something is measured inaccurately which ends with an error in your cabinet sizes, Cabinets Select LLC. cannot be held liable. Please make sure to look over every measurement in the blueprints our designers provide and check every cabinet on your final invoice or cart to make sure that all measurements are correct and exactly what you needed. If you do not understand something or have any questions about where a cabinet or accessory is being used please make sure to ask your designer before you approve or purchase your order.

For cabinets orders placed without seeing a door sample

CabinetSelect.com recommends to all customers to place door sample order(s) of your cabinet before your final purchase to make sure it is exactly what you are expecting. Colors on computer screens can alter images and textures and might vary from actual cabinets – this is why we suggest you order a sample first. If you choose not to order a sample and end up not liking the color or kitchen (because it is not what you expected) you will be held liable to our return and restocking policy and fees.

InStock kitchen cabinet lines and stock status:

Cabinet stock can change hourly, it’s possible that not all items on an order will be available to ship within the time frame listed. If anything is out of stock, our customer service team will notify you and you will be able to decide whether you’d like to wait for the out-of-stock items, switch to another item, or cancel those items. If you’d like to check availability before your order is placed, we encourage all of our customers to call us at 1-855-437-9663 and we’d be happy to check with the manufacturer!

Shipping regarding Forevermark/Matrix cabinet lines:

All Matrix Cabinet Lines (Greystone Shaker, Signature Pearl, Townsquare Grey, K-White, Ice White Shaker, K-Espresso, Uptown White, K-Cherry, K-Cinnamon Glaze, Pepper Shaker, Sienna Rope, Townplace Crema, Gramercy White) If everything is in stock, the order will ship within 14 – 18 business days, and an invoice will be sent to Cabinetselect with the tracking number. Shipping usually takes 5 to 7 days, depending on where you are located in the United States. For single Items or smaller orders using FedEx, orders will ship within 5-8 days from the time of payment – shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

Delivery and Shipping

All kitchen orders are shipped using different freight companies. Once the freight company receives your items they will contact you to schedule the delivery. Customers must be present to inspect and pick up and sign off on the order. If nobody is there to accept the order, the trucking company will be making a second attempt, and an extra shipping charge will apply. The shipping charge must be paid before the order is released for a second attempt. It is extremely crucial that your order is received on the first attempt.

  • For residential deliveries – The freight company will contact the customer 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery (usually a 3-4 hour window).
  • All deliveries are made on 53-foot trailers, if you live in a gated community, narrow road, or on a private road, notify our customer support team to ensure proper arrangements are made.
  • The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with lift gate services.
  • Address classifications are based on city zoning, so it is possible to have a commercial property in a residential area. In this case, the delivery would be residential.
  • A responsible party must be present to inspect, inventory, and sign off on the delivery.
  • If items are missing or are visibly damaged, have the driver make a note on the bill of lading.
  • Do not reject damaged items. SEE IMPORTANT INSPECTION NOTES BELOW.

How to Inspect your Delivery

All boxes must be inspected during the unloading process. If any boxes are damaged, please mark the items on the packing slip and notify the driver. You must document your delivery in case of damage during shipping and email us a couple of pictures of the damaged goods so we can help with the replacement order. Please note, just because a box is damaged doesn’t mean the product is too. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to claim any damaged goods. Very rarely will we find a damaged product with the box in perfect condition.

Claims:

Freight claims for obvious damage or shortage can only be accepted when indicated on the bill of lading. Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days. Any concealed damages or missing part claims must be submitted within 12 business days of delivery. No claims will be allowed without the proper paperwork.

Please include the following:

  • Order number
  • Buyer’s name
  • Shipping address
  • Brief description of damage or shortage including item numbers or parts
  • PICTURES of the damage.
  • Upon receipt of the damage claim, we will send a confirmation email and proceed with shipping replacements as soon as possible.
  • Expedited shipping service is NOT available for replacements and/or parts.
  • Items that have been installed or that are not in their original packaging cannot be claimed as damaged.
  • Cabinet Select cannot be held responsible for any labor costs accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any of its distribution channels. This includes but is not limited to items that may be flawed or have become damaged in transit.

Returns and Replacements:

It is not necessary to return any damaged items. Our team will help you replace any damaged parts or cabinets. We will accept the return of the entire order but it will be subject to our 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges, initial charge, and return. All damaged items will be processed quickly and shipped out in 2 to 6 business days. All paperwork from the shipping company noting the damaged goods is required for the entire process.

For items returned due to buyer’s remorse, please note that these are also subject to our standard return policy, including the 25% restocking fee and all related shipping charges. We understand that changing your mind is natural, but we encourage you to contact us to explore alternatives to returning your purchase.

All 96″ long panels are subject to end damage during shipping. We only guarantee 90 good usable inches on all 96″ long panels. 48″ wide panels are subject to edge damage. Therefore, we only guarantee up to 42″ of good usable width on these panels.

  • All returns must be authorized by Cabinetselect.com prior to return shipment.
  • For authorization, please send an email request to sales@cabinetselect.com
  • Returns must be received by the manufacturer within 12 business days from delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, therefore, NO RETURNS ON ASSEMBLED CABINETS.
  • No returns on trims, moldings, fillers, or panels
  • Qualifying returns will incur a 25% RESTOCKING FEE.
  • The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments. Please contact our customer service if you choose to use our discounted shipping rates. All charges will be deducted from the final amount.
  • Any returned product DEEMED UNSALEABLE WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
  • Replacements only for damage claims No Refunds.
  • All part orders are final sale (no returns or refunds).
  • All 96″ long panels are subject to end damage during shipping. We only guarantee 90 good usable inches on all 96″ long panels. 48″ wide panels are subject to edge damage. Therefore, we only guarantee up to 42″ of good usable width on these panels.
  • Any orders placed through Paypal and refunded through PayPal will be subject to PayPal’s processing fee.

Euro Lines Returns and Replacements:

All sales are final on custom cut pieces.

Orders can be cancelled up to 24hrs. Once an order is processed and sent to production, it cannot be canceled, returned or refunded. It is the sole responsibility of the customer for the accuracy of orders by way of order confirmation. No orders will be processed until confirmation is received.
CabinetSelect.com holds no responsibility for assembly or installation errors.

No replacement or missing parts claims considered unless made within 30 days receipt of goods.
Only the Euro line RTA Box can be returned or exchanged; all other items are final sale (doors, panels, fillers, moldings). Returns accepted upon approval within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, less 25% restocking charge plus shipping fees. Must be in full factory sealed packing and in resalable condition only and accompanied with a receipt without exceptions. No returns or exchanges on assembled cabinets.

Discounts and Coupons

Only one coupon can be used at a time. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Any order placed with multiple coupons will be automatically canceled during the processing of the order. A member from our customer support team will reach out to help you with re-purchase.

Order Cancellations

If the client decides to cancel the order after the order has been placed and processed, cabinetselect.com requires an email notification at sales@cabinetselect.com within 24 hours of order completion. A return fee of 25% of the total order will be subtracted from the amount returned to the client’s payment method (PayPal or credit card). PayPal Customers: Once an order is placed via PayPal and refunded it will be subject to PayPals processing fees as non refundable.

Out of Stock Items and Backorders

If there is a backorder within your order, our customer support team member will reach out to you. You will have the following options:

  1. Choose to wait until all the items are in and ship your order completed.
  2. Cancel the out-of-stock items.
  3. Ship all in-stock items and ship separately all out-of-stock or backorder items (Before shipping, our customer team will reach out to collect the additional shipping charges)
  4. Our design team can work with you to adjust your design and replace out-of-stock items with available items to ensure your order ships out in full.

Door Sample Refund Policy

All samples may be returned to us for a full refund with no restocking fee. Please get in touch with our sales team to start the process if a sample return is required. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us, and only up to two samples per customer qualify for refunds. When a customer purchases an order over $3,500 they can request a refund for their cabinet door samples (up to 2 door samples) once they return the door samples to us. Returns will be processed once the door samples have been returned to the address below:

Shipping 

We offer free shipping to orders over $3,000. This applies to merchandise only not including any Coupons, Taxes or Shipping fees. (For Example: If a coupon brings the order under the $3,000 limit then a shipping charge will apply. Taxes and Shipping fees do not count in the $3,000 limit). Our Free shipping promotion will also only apply to individual door styles or doors from the same manufacturer. If an order contains multiple door styles or items from different manufacturers, the order will not be eligible for free shipping, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs following our standard shipping rates. Our customer support team will contact the customer during the order processing to collect the additional shipping fees. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders under $3,000.00 that have multiple door styles and manufactures.

*Our free shipping program does not apply to multi-unit orders or assembled cabinets.

Additional Shipping Charges

Any order below $3000 that is charged a flat rate shipping fee is subject to additional shipping charges that will need to be paid before the order is processed. Our system can not predict the irregular escalation of the current market shipping costs.

Conflict and Litigation

If the parties become involved in litigation arising out of any sale, the court shall award costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, to the party justly entitled to them. If cabinetselect.com is judged to be deficient, cabinetselect.com shall have the right to repair or replace any defective product. In any event, no party may institute a claim against the other party after one year of order received. In any litigation arising from or relating to this sale, the venue for said litigation shall be in Sarasota County, Florida.

Custom Orders

Custom products are available upon request. No coupons may be used for the custom orders or products. Everything will be quoted based on current needs and project location.
