Box Construction

Back: ¼” substrate, with 3” plywood surrounding frame, all plywood material. Rabbeted and stapled into cabinet sides, screwed into top and bottom.
End Panels: ½” plywood substrate, with light maple wood grain laminate interior. Matching wood veneer exterior.
Frame: ¾” thick, 1½” wide, kiln-dried solid hardwood. Assembled with glue and nails, under clamp pressure, which ensures squareness.
Hinges: Heavy duty steel concealed hinge, six-way adjustable. Can be upgraded to soft-close.
Shelves: ¾ thick, plywood; fully adjustable.
Toe Kick: 4½” toe kick with 3″ inset on all standard base and vanity cabinets.

Drawer

¾” solid wood dovetail side, ⅜” thick bottom. High quality epoxy coated steel undermount glides.
Flat Pack / Ready to Assemble Cabinets

Our Luxor cabinets are the ideal ADA cabinet solution on a budget. It is also an excellent line for contractors looking to save some money for their next project with flexibility and ease. Our RTA cabinets come flat packed in carefully packaged boxes to ensure nothing gets damaged; just open the box and you are ready to assemble. The assembly time may vary depending on the type of cabinet, it should take anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes for each cabinet. Our step by step instruction will help you with this process:
