Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to sell cabinets online using such skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen design
- Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using 2020 Designs
- Provide product recommendations and pricing to clients via our website
- Upsell additional products to enhance the kitchen design
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients
- Manage customers using a CRM and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay updated on latest trends in kitchen design and products
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive client relationships
- Online cabinet sales experience
- Organized and Self Starter
- Proficiency in 2020 Designs
- Experience in account management using Gmail suite, CRMs and Online communication tools
- Ability to upsell products effectively
This job position can be remote or based out of our headquarters in Venice, FL.
